ABOUT CLAIRE

I wanted to do more - to understand better

PEOPLE, AND HOW THEY BEST WORK TOGETHER HAS ALWAYS BEEN AT THE HEART OF MY CAREER.

Throughout my career I have focused on organisational and leadership performance.

As a specialist in organisation strategy, design and change I have worked with CEOs and their teams to help define their priorities and then develop the right organisational blueprint to deliver them. I have considerable experience working in professional services both as a partner, and with professional services clients.

WHERE I BEGAN

Having studied History of Art at university Claire has always been fascinated in unpicking the bigger picture. In trying to get to the heart of the broader narratives, hidden symbols cultures and societal changes that make up the structures of meaning.

MY CAREER SO FAR

Claire has spent her career focusing on organisational and leadership performance.

She began her professional life in commercial management with M&S, where she led staff training and established the retailer’s market research function. Claire also founded The Whitehall and Industry Group which still thrives today.

After M&S, Claire began her consulting career, working with leaders on development programmes and large scale transformations. Claire served as Managing Director of the Human Capital Practice worldwide for A.T. Kearney, and from 2002 as the co-founder of Maxxim Consulting which merged with Q5 in 2016 with Claire appointed as chairman.

A specialist in organisation strategy, design and change, Claire has spent her career working with CEOs and their teams to define strategic priorities and develop the right organisational structure to deliver them. She has considerable experience working in professional services, both as a partner and with professional services clients.
